So because SoulSilver was my favorite game before Black 2 and I was able to transfer all my bros to White because with the 3DS I now have enough consoles, I decided to start a new run.

My concern after playing X was, that after every fucking gen I would end up with a team involving Vaporeon and Ampharos somehow. Those beasts barely stuggle ingame, especially after cotton guard got added - which made my playthroughs kinda same-y.

So I made up my own rules to challenge myself. Nuzlocke would have worked as well, but I know Johto good enough to know where to go and what to get. There's also Mareep everywhere, and I would have to catch one sooner or later. So it goes like this:

1. Starter works just like in Nuzlockes, because since White I don't use the starters anyway.
2. I may only catch pokemon I have never tried or considered shitty before.
