The best we could really do on short notice is to help them try and live with it the best they can, but that's difficult, because you can't really do that, because their body inherently feels wrong to them, they'll never be what they want to be, and while gender reassignment might be a "solution" for some, I can't help but feel that it's just tricking them into thinking their problem is solved.
Also, I'd argue that if any board on 4chan is a tumblr colony, it's /co/.
/lgbt/ is full of bitter homosexuals and transsexuals, /co/ actually has a whole bunch of SJW's.
