I want to start getting in to the competitive Pokemon scene but i'm not sure if I can be on par with others. The only other Pokemon games I have are Fire Red, Platinum, Heart Gold, Black1 and X, So with the Pokemon in these games could I still be able to play against other dudes and not get wrecked? I'm totally new to this and I do know where to look up some tutorials to get the breeding going and the EV and IV what not started, just curios about the pokemon themselves
