Abandoned Ship is one of my top favorites. I think it was used on Faraway Island also, for those who've been there.
The Groudon/Rayquaza/Kyogre battle theme is a close tie in my top favorites from RSE

One of my favorite Hoenn places with Fortree City and its nearest routes.
The place is also perfect to EVs train Pokemon in Sp.Atk and Defense with the Koffing Ninja Boy, Sandshrew, Skarmory and of course Spinda. Also the ashes effect was kinda pleasing and cool.
