Huge Power Alakazam has the same exact power as Huge Power Azumarill on a body with 120 base Speed.
It learns all the elemental punches and Knock Off as egg moves, and can tutor for things like Drain/Focus Punch and Zen Headbutt.

It's actually much stronger than Alakazam is now, trading the saving grace of Magic Guard for immediate, immense power (since it can afford to go Banded on top of level up move Trick).

You can argue outclassed as a sweeper, but it's hardly mediocre.

It'd be mediocre in OU, and very likely in UU, but when I think of mediocre Pokemon, I think of things like Stunfisk and Contrary Spinda.
Mons with a niche and some ability to utilized well, but ultimately fail to do anything significant or have impact on the meta.

If OU/wifi meta is the only standard for what determines mediocre, then sure.

My dream is to run a physical Lass to take advantage of the fact that it's Attack is the same as its Special Attack, and it gets priority in Ice Shard, but currently no good STAB to take advantage of it.

As it is, it's an almost strictly superior to current Froslass, now that it has a whopping 518 Attack stat before items, and Ice Shard/Punch to rip through opposing mons. It also gets Sucker Punch and Trick.

Also there are very few Pokemon that wouldn't be amazing with the addition of Huge/Pure Power.

It gets Encore and Safeguard, and it can now guarantee all the moves it'll be hit with due to only being able to be hit with Bug/Ghost/Dark.
It's a bulky support mon that never dies and effectively can't be setup on.

It's hardly mediocre.

How did you fuck up so badly in identifying mediocrity since starting this thread, then? Gyarados's fuckhuge stats could absorb having a useless ability, and Wonder Guard Aurorus would actually see decent use in spite of its unimpressive stats and common-as-fuck weaknesses.
Huge Power Alakazam would actually be amazing, though; is that why you backed down a bit on the quality of the combos? Still, Poison Heal Muk doesn't fit the criteria you say you put forth in the OP: Muk is terrible, giving a terrible Pokemon a useless ability wouldn't make it mediocre unless its existing ability were something like Truant.
