Maylene spends most of her time in a dojo, so she'd be exposing her feet to areas big sweaty men and sometimes women would be touching. Athlete's foot is very likely in her case unfortunately.
Let's assume she DOESN'T spend a lot of time indoors. Let's assume she does wash often and avoids unclean floormats for a while. You want a "natural" scent to jerk it to that fits her, right?
I'd assume a very salty odor, like the broth of Ramen working through her pores due to how poor her family is (her father's a gambler after all) and most martial arts types DO train outdoors so maybe hints of grass are smeared in on the surface.
So probably salty burnt corn and fresh grass clippings would be my guess.
