1300 isn't even that good to be honest.

Change Volcaronas HP, pretty sure it's an even number (unless you have 30IVs in HP) which means you're taking 50% from SR on the switch in

Special Greninja is better competitively than Physical and put on a Life Orb to hit harder

Get a better wall, Avalugg is shit just because of that Ice Typing

Get a better mega, Aero is too frail

Please say that Diggersby nickname is ironic

You'll need ~1760 Elo to be considered good. Drop everything but Greninja, and give it a Life Orb. Put Rotom-Wash, a defogger, a Taunt user and a hazard user on your team.

Tweaked the HP

Physical Greninja is actually pretty decent. Plus with the Sitrus berry gone (some time into the battle of course), I can hit those Infernapes and Megachams or whatever with that double-powered STAB Acrobatics.

Avalugg has been a bro for me, I can't ditch him.

I can't think of a better mega with the coverage Aerodactyl has. But if you got ideas, shoot.

Not as bad as you think. What I do is I bulldoze with Aerodactyl, let it die, send in Diggersby for the Return kill. and ally'oop.

Also don't be afraid to give some new name suggestions

Mega Aero's pretty good in its own right. Wouldn't write it off so easily. With Adamant it outdamages Life Orb Jolly Aerodactyl even on moves not boosted by Tough Claws, and it can afford to be Adamant since neutral 252EVs 150 base speed still outspeeds positive natured 252EVs 130 base speed opponents. It can handles many common threats like Charizard, Talonflame, non-scarfed Garchomp with Ice Fang and Conkeldurr and Venusaur with Aerial Ace.

But yeah, as a Mega it's not immediately threatening compared to the other more used ones and it's a bit frail. Still not bad though, on Smogon's OU threat list it's on B-.
