I would love to see both Kyurem forms fight in same tier
But Kyurem white has a movepool it can utilise
while Black Kyurem has limit move pool
Just give kyurem black Icicle crash or Ice punch

Kyurem black is pretty much like Typhlosion has a better move pool for its lower offensive stat

It might not be that cool (no pun intended) in Ubers this time around, but it's too much of a monster for OU. Draco Meteor and Ice Beam for STAB and then it gets coverage moves, too, including Fusion Flare and Earth Power, both useful against Steel types. For fairies there's Flash Cannon, although I doubt it hits worse than Ice Beam.

Unlike Kyurem-B which has a horrible movepool.

What you said is true in general but for Blissey and Chansey which already have exceptional HP, an exception is made. Both of their Smogon analyses from Gen V and Gen VI use the split spread.

Blissey has so much HP that it's never going to die to any special attack, with or without the 252 HP. Investing in both defenses means that you still wall all special attacks but have enough defense to not auto-die to any strong physical attack. Plus, less HP EVs means your opponent gets less HP back if they Leech Seed you or something.

Because Blissey is already near-inpenetrable from the special side apart from shit like Mega Luke, I don't see why you would lower your more delicate physical defense to get even more SDef. It's true, because of 255 base HP it doesn't really change much, but it might turn some Psyshocks from 3HKOs to 2HKOs or so, which you generally don't want.
