Dialga/Palkia/Giratina are based on time/space/anti-matter. The theme is shit, as why anti-matter has any link to spacetime, I don't know. Maybe if they did something like time/space/singularity it would be more appropriate and then make the fairies matter/anti-matter/(particles whose anti is themselves: photon or mesons) that would make a little sense.
