I played Stadium 2 before & liked the idea of renting random Pokémon & going to leagues with them. I don't know if they can be transferred to a main series game at the end or not but that would be cool.

If they were to make Stadium 3 I'd definitely buy a WiiU for it.

I think it would be pretty cool if they incorporated a unique Battle Frontier type game for the Wii U where you had all the different gametypes that you would otherwise find in games like Gen IV and BW II.

Hate to burst your bubble, but I think I remember Nintendo saying something about how GC would be too hard to emulate on the software side, and the Wii U wouldn't be able to handle it with its different hardware infrastucture. I know for a fact that's why the later PS3 models aren't backwards compatible (in order to reduce the price of the PS3, they stripped it of its native PS2 hardware which allowed for backwards compatibility)
