Walk 4000+ steps. The recharge rate is affected by how many steps you've walked that day, so get walking.

The more steps you have on your 3DS, the faster it will recharge.

If I remember correctly 2000 steps was x2, 3000 x3 and 4000 x4.

Every day. Say you walk 4000 steps one day, you'll have a 4x multiplier for recharging O-Powers until midnight. Come midnight, you'd need to go out walking again to get the multiplier high again.

The counter resets every day, so yes.

The only time you'll ever need that many O-powers in a row is when you grind to level 100 with the Exp power anyway so you won't need it that often anyway.

Also there's a powersave code that can immediatly recharge it
