It would go from being weak to Dark, Bug and Ghost; to bring weak to Flying, Fairy and Ghost.

It would also only get a SpecialFightingSTAB from Focus Blast, which is shit. If it could learn Aura Sphere or Vacuum Wave, it would be a lot more appealing.

Keep in mind that it's not longer 4x-weak to Ice.

It still resists Fire, but no longer blocks Electric.

Yes, of course there are still Pokémon that can hit it super-effectively; it's just that moves that can hit it super-effectively as a pure Psychic-type are more common than those that can hit it when it's Psychic/Fighting.

Resisting Electric isn't quite as good as being outright immune to it, and though resistances to Grass and Water are handy...well, let's see.

Fairy/Dragon - Weakness to Ice, Fairy, Poison, Steel, loss of Electric immunity and Poison/Rock resistance, gains an immunity to Dragon and Grass/Electric/Water resistances along with Fire. Super effective against Dark, Fighting and Dragon.

Ground/Dragon. Electric immunity, Rock and Poison resistances along with Fire, neutrality to Grass and Water, weak to only Dragon and Ice, the latter double, super effective against Rock. Steel, Dragon, Electric and Poison. Disregarding other options on the part of both typings in keeping moves like Crunch around to deal with Ghosts or Psychics, or Fly in the case of Dragon/Ground for fighters.

I suppose Fairy/Dragon is better defensively, at least.

dose arms plus the pokedex mentions it being strong enough to break rocks, and it would serve as the perfect counterpart to Gothitelle, which should have been Psychic/Dark (it learns Dark type moves for fucks sakes)
