I finally got all my Pokémon from the 3rd generation to 4th, then to 5th and finally to Pokébank.

I have around 700 pokémon, and this thing doesn't have any way to organize them besides manually? What the fuck?!?!

Any organizing tips, /vp/? I can't be the only one who wants to sed all the repeats I've caught in 10+ years, right?

The best way is probably to do it manually.

Im doing a living Dex, so i just dedicated the first dozen boxes or so to that, then a couple to the "A-team" of "complete" level 100 EV-trained Battle-Ready Pokémon (And Spore+FalseSwipe Breloom) and a box of Ditto of every Nature and then a couple of boxes where my legendary Dupes and Event Pokémon are.

Generally i keep breeding out of the Bank, aside from those Ditto, Since going in and out of the bank when breeding is kinda annoying.

That is the key, you don't need to use the bank for EVERYTHING, for Breeding Projects the In-game Boxes ones may be better.

Hunker down with some nice music and bear it.

whoever programmed that is an asshole. the interface is worse than dealing with pc boxes in the actual games, and discarding all changes when one attempt to communicate with the server fails is unforgivable. give us an option to retry the connection. i mean this is simple shit that they've done before.

but they know that the most basic level of utility will keep people paying for pokebank even if they don't give a shit.

Chuck that shit into XY so you can move them about with the stylus.

Do it in groups of 100. Just get your first group of 100 into one or two boxes on their own, then sort them out by order, leaving gaps for the mons you don't have. There's 30 mons to the box, so mons 1-30 go in the first box, 31-60 go in the next and so on.

Once they're sorted in XY, go to Bank and use the green cursor to drop them in wholesale.

I'm currently trying to stick to 100 a night.
