In Gen IX in Pokemon Yin Black and Yang White, you'll be able to return to the undersea palace and if you have Reshiram, Zekrom and Kyurem in certain areas of your party, a new area will open up.

Inside there will be coffin on an altar. When you interact with it, it opens up revealing Mozart.

He then takes control of your dragons and fuses them back into the original dragon. With your remaining pokemon, you challenge him and his team of the OD, Moltres, Zapdos and Articuno.

Afterwords, you get Wuji Splicer which allows you to use the OD at anytime. He climbs back into the coffin and requests that you do not tell anyone he is still alive.

So this is how "that kid" felt while making up dumb shit like this. Interesting...
