I ended up acquiring quite a few, but didn't actually buy lots of them. The first one I bought was Gold, and later got given Yellow and Red by one of my friends. I bought Ruby, and played my friends copy (his parents had bought him both Firered and Leafgreen, he played Firered) for a long time, we helped each other catch pretty much everything as between us we had Ruby, Sapphire, Firered, Leafgreen and Colosseum, which I also owned but doesn't seem to be on the list. Another friend gave me Diamond after getting bored of it, I bought White, and later got preowned copies of White2 and Black, then bought X.
