Found a shiny Tranquil in B2 when I was preparing for XY.
In XY I've found Teddiursa, Blitzle, 5 Ferroseeds (while I was hunting for a Metang mind you), Carvanha, Ninetails, Draopin, Lillipup, Charmeleon, Jigglypuff and Floette. I've also successfully bred a shiny Beldum and a Protean Froakie.
So what I'm saying is you're not playing enough or not running around with the shiny charm or MM'ing.
