Scolipede passes Speed and Defense boosts while carrying a Mental Herb to at least get off and pass one boost
Espeon is the main sweeper with Stored Power, passes Calm Mind boosts as well as deflects common counters such as Taunt, Roar, and Whirlwind
Sylveon is the secondary sweeper with Stored Power AND Hyper Voice, which covers Dark-types that would normally wall this type of team and setup. Also passes Calm Mind boosts
Smeargle is there to set up Ingrain, which grants recovery and immunity to Phasing moves. This means that the only way to damage them is with Sound-based moves, which leads me to..
Mr. Mime with Soundproof to block Sound-based moves. Also passes Calm Mind boosts
And then there is Vaporeon, whom if I'm not mistaken, passes additional Defense boosts with Acid Armor and Aqua Ring for additional recovery
This team leaves very few and niche checks once it's all set up such as Haze. And the only one that has Haze that has any chance of surviving a fully loaded Stored Power is Vaporeon and even then it's a bit of a stretch
