It would be really awesome if we got like, a short cutscene of the box legends. In fact, I'd be so hyped for that that I wouldn't even need sound. It would be visually stimulating enough to stand on its own, I think.

OR/AS will get a 2 minute trailer, if anything. I'm sure they want to make a separate event for it.

Direct Event will be other shit.

Exactly, a quick trailer. Mainly becuase they knew they didn't show us anything with that reveal.

I honestly wish they would have waited until E3, the little they gave us doesn't leave much more than speculation to be hyped about.

Its smart, actually.

Showing just that they exist creates hype with the whole "hoenn literally confirmed" stuff
By doing this, they also generate more hype for their E3 presentation, which in turn will cause the hype to go up even further by actually showing things.

I think he means in general

Outside Smash since it doesnt have Mario's name, there is absolutely no Mario game in the distance now that Kart 8 is released, it will be incredibly awkward if after E3 there still isnt a Mario game coming

This. There's almost never times when a game with "Mario" in the title isn't in the upcoming releases list, even if it's not until next year (although more than likely it'll be a holiday release.)

I want them to show a new Zelda, even if it gets released only in 2016.

Other than that, some of the ORAS footage and a Stadium game for Wii U.

Hopefully there will be new IPs as well, but c'mon, it's Nintendo. I won't get my hopes up.
