The only Special move that it can learn solely by breeding is Dragon Pulse, and even that one isn't used on most sets. Fire Blast / Focus Blast / Air Slash / Solar Beam / etc. are all obtainable via level-up or TM.

solarbeam already has coverage and a sunboosted Flamethrower will kill most dark types anyway.

Overheat is actually damned useful on char x. Lets it deal with Ferrothorn and Aegislash well as well as keeping its natural bulk, unlike with Flare Blitz.
