prankster doesn't work upon mega and it doesn't have many moves to work with that Attack stat.

Other than that, M-Banette is still a great pokemon, it just needs a very good user.

its strongest viable phy stab is base 70 and the whole wait one turn then prankster thing.

give it a dark typing or something w/ good stab + fix prankster stall and it would be pretty decent
