/vp/, what are you favorite shitmons, or cool pokemon that should have had better stats

Mine:
Venomoth. Cool as fuck, should have had awesome stats and poison/psychic moves

Electrode: only good for blowing up really fast

Solrock/Lunatone: Awesome idea, horrible moveset, no breeding

It makes for a good anti-lead, since it's only outsped by deoxys-s, ninjask, and accelgor.

Here's my setup that I usually use:
Ability: static
item: none / red card
nature: timid
252 spe / 252 HP / 4 spA
-taunt
-volt switch
-hidden power Ice
-thief / magic coat
HP ice does ~64% damage on gliscor and landorus, guaranteed 2HKO if they switched in on it. Only downside is that you have to have a flying type for the inevitable ground pokes. (I balance this out with Gyarados)

>their earth power fails same turn

I use a solrock and it works for me.

Adamant 252attack 252 speed 4hp
Life orb
Rock polish
Explosion
Stone edge
Earthquake

The same with Lunatone
Modest 252 spAttack 252speed 4hp
Life orb
Rock polish
Psychic/Psyshock
Ice beam/moonblast
Shadow ball

He's surprisingly bulky. The only problem is that he is weak to earthquake, which everyone gets. He can usually take a non-STAB Earthquake but a Psychic ruins his day, STAB or no.

Shadow sneak is about the only thing that you can do against psychics. You're better off having a dark type you can switch to.

I usually use Power-Up Punch on Non-psychics and then Shadow Sneak because it is a priority move. Outside of that, it's just a matter of taking two EQs and dying anyway, even with black sludge recovery.
