What is exactly the post-League content?

>Handsome detective quests
>Get all megaevos
>Battle Chateau
>Get the gold background on the trainer's card

That is all?
Can you get the other X/Y megaevo for Charizard and Mewtwo?
And how the hell does the Safari Friend thing exactly work?

Also is it worth to restart the game to play as a girl? Because I want clothes and hair options for my character.
