How do you guys find your inspiration for building a team? I'm trying to build one, and my latest idea, a Trick Room team, is failing hard and I might not be able to get high on the ladder with it anyways. Other than that I literally have "writer's block". I don't know how I want to win and there isn't a strategy I particularly want to use. And when I do it usually turns out to be poor.

How do I get over this and find some sort of inspiration? A decent one, too.
