It's a strong strategy, but if one of your vital Pokemon is taken out you're kind of fucked. And you can easily force switches. Espeon can't deal with Dark types, but Sylveon can. Dennis dropped Mr. Mime for Zapdos so that means Ingrain Smeargle and Espeon are the only ones that can deal with Roar.
