No, I have a micropenis and started growing breasts on my own at around 12. Voice never dropped. Looked and sounded like a girl. Got hips. Then started hormones at around 18 for various reasons (bone health, hot flashes, etc). I have to many chromosomes. I never produced enough testosterone to truly masculinize. The highest my testosterone ever went was 130ng/dL, when a 110 year old, I'll man on his death bed would have 3 times that amount, and males are supposed to have testosterone at least 5 times higher, in the 600~1,200ng/dL range; and the only hint to my genetics is my height. Like all intersexed women (such as those with AIS), I am stupidly tall.
People never knew if I was a boy or a girl when I was in high school. Some would say I was a boy, others, a girl.
