Quick question guys. I just got Mega Drain in Pokemon Blue. All I have that can use it are Level 28 Ivysaur and Butterfree. Is it worth teaching them this move?

Bulbasaur has Tackle, Cut, Leech Seed, Vine Whip. Butterfree has Confusion, Poison power, Sleep powder, and whirlwind.
