Ability: Heavy Armour
When this pokemon is hit by a move it's speed drops by one and relevant defense stat is raised by 1.

Reasoning:
This mega is about punishing weaker attacks. Hitting it softly makes it harder to get rid off, hitting it hard removes it. In other words this thing won't be OU material.
Abilities that ignore defense boosts and crits still work on this pokemon
Yes it learns Stored Power. That's why it's speed drops, or it would be too annoying if it sets up.
You'll psobably use Shadow Tag anyway

It's essentially a brainless baton pass check at this point. Also shits on other popular setup sweepers.

It's a little something to legitimately give it something the other Deoxys formes can't do. It also capitalizes on the many moves it learns via tutoring that are otherwise too weak.

Wallbreaker of the stars. It's build allows it to outdamage regular LO Deoxys-A when Sheer Force activates by a considerable amount.

Infiltrator makes more sense as a super speedy pokemon. but I feel people will want Mold Breaker for the more immediate, obvious benefits as a hazard layer. Also notable that it outspeeds Sand Rush Excadrill with 224 speed EVs and a +speed nature.

I thought protean would have been cool for a mega Porygon Z, would really help it hit harder and it would fit in with the whole conversion and download thing. Would probably be too good though
