What is going on with their Dress skirts and what they are wearing underneath them?
Are they tights so its within that fine line between undergarments and allowed visable leg wear, or are they nylon/hose, which falls under undergarments.
Because I feel the latter is almost too lewd, and that are pretty much exposing their nethers constantly.
I know this is France, but COME ON!
