In case it gets adequate boosts to Special Attack, Speed and then bulk, sure, but if it gets a substantial Attack boost, the Lightning Rod boost will be wasted on just Leaf Storm.

Does anyone get the impression that Smogonfags will ban this thing because it kicked off their Washing-Machines? I have a feeling it can do decent enough damage to the meta-game to warrant that. With the drop of Rotom-W other things could rise.

Vacuum Wave would be my first choice for new moves.

But really if you can't get a special boost from an electric move this thing is going to get fucked by Ice Shard. Mega Pinsir and Smogonbird will take this thing apart with ease too.

Mega sceptile will probably have not much impact on the meta.

Rotom-W isn't so much of a problem that you HAVE to carry a mon for it, and if you're really that worried about it, one can carry Mega Char-Y.
