that's because those are megastones distributed by events. And when the Latiosite/Latiasite get distributed, the event will be for XY and ORAS.

Mega Blaziken was just there to make you buy the game as soon as possible.

Mega Eons are there to be the bridging event aired sometime before the release of ORAS that unlocks cool shit.

Think of Shiny Beasts and Celebi.
