I can't think of anything. /vp/, how could GF make pic related at least semi-viable this gen while keeping his weather theme.

Sandstorm form.

The ability forecast now grants complete priority to weather starting moves. This includes sandstorm, rain dance, sunny day, hail. And defog, mist and Shadow Sky.

If done like this, the priority wars basically end, and the weather wars come back. With castform being a lead on every set.
