I hope they go a little more blatantly military with Wattson's design. He'll probably get a bit of muscle I imagine too. Norman could be the first variable-appearance gym leader depending on what the player looks like, unless they retcon you to be adopted or he's your stepdad or something. Brawly needs to looks more buff and well, "cool". Liza and Tate need to wear something that's not super lame, also different colors but matching design. Maybe a bit more space-themed? Juan and Wallace are fine and will probably stay the same. Roxanne and Flannery will probably get minor tweaks. Winona will probably go either more retro aviator or Neo-Neo-Japan Old-school Anime Future aviator. I dunno about races or tans, but Brawly will probably go darker, and Juan might too.

Japanese people have eyes that are more narrow than white people. When depicting them in art, better make those eyes take up three fifths of the characters face.

What? As far as Pokemon is concerned that's not true. You can literally look at the old Gen 1-4 artwork and the characters clearly look Asian. Just look at the damn eyes. Hell outside of Lt.Surge in Gen 1 there really hasn't been any White characters until Gen 5 at least.

They aren't anymore Asian than they are White.

There is very little difference between Kalos natives and Kanto natives, so saying "Kanto is based on Japan so they're Japanese" is faulty.

Once again you're not even reading right, I said Asian, not Japanese, and the fact that Kalos has Asian tourists and you have Distinctly American (retconned to Unovan) Lt Surge just backs that up.
