Gen 5 gave it a shitty hidden ability to go with its disappointing normal ability. Then nerfed explosion and got rid of dedicated leads via team preview.

Gen 6 made steel stop resisting dark and ghost, giving it two extra weaknesses.

Wouldn't be surprised if gen 7 gave him cancer or something
