Fuck I've always loved Charizard but this X shit has gotten out of hand. Even if it is for a tutorial, Charizard wasn't even available in 3rd gen until we got FR/LG. Even if it's just for a tutorial like Lucario was it'd make a lot more sense to use Aggron, a 3rd gen pokemon and a pokemon Steven actually owns who also fits his Steel/Rock theme.
Pls Mega Metagross. I need.

That was the biggest problem with Men's fashion in XY, for tops in particular, it was about two models and just a handful of textures. No variation. so i accidentally bred a shiny eevee while trying to get an Espeon. I am dumbfounded with how insanely lucky I was. It's Female, in a Dreamball, and it has it's HA. The problem is that if I wanted a shiny female Eevee it would be for a Sylveon. However, the moveset is for a timid eevee.
Is she redeemable? With it's perfect 5iv's -Sp D. The iv's for that is 19, the rest 31. Can she be used as a competitive Sylveon.

shiny Jolteon and Espeon look ugly as sin. What do you guys think I should do?

I think the new protag designs are awful but I hated original Brendan/May anyway, so it's a decent change, and hopefully customization is still a thing so that I can tweak the outfit/hair

Sceptile's Mega looks boring, but it'll play nicely in doubles, and anything that makes less people use Rotom-W is fine by me.

Swampert looks... I dunno'. EXACTLY like Delphox (It's shit, but goddamn we're gonna' get great artwork at least)

Plus, I see no reason to waste a Mega slot on it, especially when Quagsire still seems to be more useful.

Diancie, what a waste. If Steven really does have ZardX, I am highly dissapoint.

I love the new villain designs, but it irks me that Aqua have been turned into Somalian pirates. Who's idea was it to make all of Magma light-skinned, and all of Aqua dark?

I also think Nu-Archie and Nu-Maxie are both great designs, but they shouldn't have replaced the old leaders, but instead been their right-hand men.

Anybody else feel this way?

I just acquired a shiny Floatzel, in a moment that would have pissed me off if the circumstances were slightly different.

A passerby asked to trade, called Ebony.

She showed two pokemon first, with the nicknames "KELDEOFORDEX" and "WILLGIVBAK"

So I figured why not? She offers up a shiny floatzel, traded her. But of course, I put up Floatzel to return it but there is no action from Ebony, cancelled and pressed B and it exited straight away, so she obviously quit out to steal the keldeo.

Checked floatzel and it has a kalos pentagon, met on route 16, seems legit to me.

So no real loss as I have several keldeos that I cloned to trade up and see if they worked on GTS.

So if you are out there, thanks Ebony, you thieving bitch!

well I wish you good luck. Most shinies show up between 30-40 boxes but it isn't unheard of to reach 100 boxes. It helps to do about 2-3 boxes a day but sometimes that isn't possible. I'm sure if you keep at it you'll get it!

I challenged ebony to a battle. first time around I almost won, and only took in 4 mons against her full team that included my old keldeo.
Had it not been for a critical shot at the end I would've beaten her.

Bad news friend, Bank pretty much killed GTS Scouting. But from what I have seen, the legendaries that people ask for the most (besides dumb shit like Mew, Darkrai, Deoxys, etc.) are Landorus, Thundurus, Groudon and Rayquaza. Otherwise it's really random shit like Lv 90 and above Garchomps or Lv 90 and above Chanseys or Lv 10 and under Sylveons. Wierd random shit.

I actually have a Power Saves, but I dont gen or cheat to get shinies or for IVs. Much rather working for it.
Only reason I have one is to back up my save files so I can do nuz/wonderlockes.
Unfortunately some people will abuse the hell out of it, which does ruin it, but as >>19534811 said the sense of accomplishment is what feels great.

yeah its definitely risky, but I back my saves up all the time, usually make 2 back ups to make sure its worked too.
The dangerous part is using cheats, because they arent locally saved, your save file is uploaded to datels server, the cheat is applied, then it redownloads the edited save onto the cartridge. Very stupid idea because one network error during the transfer and your save is ruined.
