It's been clear that they would remake hoenn for a long time.
And not too long after they come out people will be talking about remakes of Gen 4. Then after that, remakes of gen 5. Then when the 4DS comes out they will have an excuse to remake Gen 6.
The fact that they re-release the same video game half a dozen times is already silly. But people buy them, of course they will just keep that system up.
I honestly think people saying that hoenn would not be remade were all just fucking around.
