The closest Pokemon comes to a constant series of updates is the anime, which is only once a week, and even then, it's not like he rips the screens himself.
All he does is post a single news paragraph every couple of days, from people who give him the information (or he outright steals).
The dude's got time to spare. Hell, it's not even like he has to do the resdesign himself. Myself and countless other people have offered to donate modern, flash-based, non-cluttered menus (and banners that don't look shitty on anything larger than an 800x600 resolution), and he stubbornly refuses to accept the help.
The layout is outdated by about 15 years, and it's getting beyond a joke.
