>>19529067The game's stories are independent of each other, you can start anywhere. I suggest starting with Explorers of Sky, it is the best of all of them. It is in my opinion the best Pokemon game ever made, period. Not just spinoffs, this thing is better than all the main series ones too.
For the love of god though, do NOT look up anything to do with the story until after you have played it. Spoilers ruin the game.

Magnagate is actually pretty alright, it's not the complete shit it's made out to be but if it's your first impression of the series you'll be a bit disappointed.
