How is it that even the highest evolution pokemon, mega evolutions, still only look like they are at champion level at best when compared to Digimon? And even the most edgy legends like Dialga, Palkia, AncientGroudon, AncientKyogre... They look like ultimate levels at best. I just can't put my finger on why...what is it about the design techniques both franchises use?
