How do you feel about random passersby that ask to trade or battle with you, /vp/? Does it annoy you, or do you actually engage with them? I prefer to only trade/battle through GTS/friends/Battle Spot/on here.

Trades annoy the fuck out of me, but after I raised my dream team, I'm always down to battle. Except when they request doubles... sometimes I oblige though if I'm in the mood, but it means changing my battle box because I'm almost always playing bike simulator.

I only accept battles, since that's the only way to do full 6vs6 on cartridge. When people insist on trading or wanting me to show them my PR video I always decline.

That's because your sprite on the screen will have the "battle" icon next to it. It means your message is still pertinent and you are actively playing. Your best bet is to take off the "Battle Me" text and just challenge strangers.

i usually have to challenge passerby for a 6v6, and accept their battles as long as don't try to pull no level limit battle, because i only train my pokes to 50-ish.
a random passerby can be: a kid using his ingame team with crapy movesets, a japanese kid with a team full of shiny legends, smogon team:the experience, or , much less frequently, a kid with good non cookie cutter team
