I'm working on a romhack of Emerald that incorporates a lot of Gen VI mechanics like fairy type, as well as increasing the overall difficulty of the game. I've also started adding Pokemon, but am not that sure on which ones to pick, so I'd like your help.

For the poll above, it'd be cool if you only picked one from similar choices (ie only picking Bidoof from Bidoof and Sentret lines), but you don't have to if you really want both.

Suggestions for features / buffs / nerfs is cool too.
