Sunflora will never be forgettable because muh lowest BST.
Slurpuff and Aromatisse lines are the most forgettable imo, but we've all only had limited exposure to this new gen. I'm sure there are many different opinions.

I use bulbasaur a lot, I love his whole evolution tree. The most forgettable starter was turtwig, and Gen 4 and 5 just had the worst starters in general.

I loved infernape when I first played Diamond but I really don't like him now, he doesn't look like a pokemon and at and just generally has a brong design, the water and grass starters are terrible though. We are in agreement that Gen 5 is the very worst though.

An overdesigned Pokémon means that it has random scribbles, lines, dots or other shit on its body, that serve no purpose.

If it serves a clear purpose, then it's not overdesigned. Cloyster's spikes are a deterrent against predators. It serves a purpose, not overdesigned. Emboar has random drawings on its body, what purpose does it serve? Nothing. It's overdesigned. The artist drawing shit for the sake of drawing.

Now there are some exceptions, just like in real life there are colorful animals. Xatu and Claydol are not overdesigned, they resemble actual objects/things from mythology. Now what does the star on Garchomp's head mean? What purpose does it serve?

I'm more mad that Fennekin didn't remain on 4 legs. We all thought it would evolve into something looking like Ninetales. Instead we got a stick-wielding ugly humanoid cat thing.

Gen 6 starters looked so promising, their first forms look great, but their final evos are ugly, disappointing abominations.

It's a generic bear, with a circle on its stomach. Not overdesigned at all.

Scyther can and has flown in lots of Pokèmon games. In the Stadium games it would lift up off the ground for certain attacks, in Snap it would fly off...Scyther can fly just fine. It just can't carry a person doing it.

Hey, I love Scyther and prefer him in on ground raptor-bug mode, but I'm just saying. He looks a lot less terrible than most of the "muh flying battles animations" Pokèman. His hover is at least acceptable.

I picked Bulbasaur because I had Red and my sister had Blue. Just by looking at the carts / boxes they spoiled what the final evolutions of Charmander and Blastoise were.

So the logical choice was to pick Bulbasaur so that I could find out what its final form looked like. Shame it turned out to just be a larger version of Bulbasaur. Total bro though.
