No, you're not. For the least changed pseudolegend I think two megas would be in order. Here's my ideas.

I hear people describe Metagross as a tank a lot, so the first one would literally transform into a tank. It'll get the Blastoise treatment and gain access to a lot of good special moves like Aura Sphere, Earth Power and Psycho Boost.

The second one is more natural and mobile. It should actually have such a high attacking power since it was nerfed so hard the last two gens.
