Currently sitting at a bit under 200 Pokémon to go in my National Dex. What's the best way I can get this done quickly? I'm terribly impatient.

Mudkips or Treeckos would work best because ORAS hype and everyone has Torchics

You're usually guaranteed some NFEs, which you just grind up in the Battle Chateau or the Restaraunts

Dex completion is literally so easy with GTS, dude. Only trouble you're going to have is getting event legends. I had to get most of mine through jewing on giveaway threads on /vp/.

Even the GTS thread on /vp/ is hella helpful, with just getting dex fillers.

I genned the full evos of everything I need onto my r4 and traded into my W2 then to bank. Took roughly 8 hours but my dex went from 485 to 718. Most of the time went into trading from r4 to W2

Either direct trades or wait until the next events.

You don't need them for the shiny charm anyway.
