Starmie would be damn good with Magic Guard.

It could possible use a Cosmic Power to great effect as well.

Doesn't it already have Cosmic Power?

Either way, I want Starmie to get Flamethrower to finally round out the holy moveset of Surf, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt and Flamethrower.
Maybe it could be OU again if that happened.

Yes, it has Cosmic Power. I meant it as Magic Guard + Cosmic Power, which has been used to great effect by other Pokémon.
