>>19562856The overworld looks a lot different to me. Much more bright and vivid, unlike the washed out XY which feels like every color on the pallet had a bit of white mixed into it for no real reason. Battle backgrounds have more detail to them.
For the Pokemon themselves though, yeah, it looks just like XY, but no shit. It's the same engine.
