>>19587836It's not that it bores me, I just enjoy animal/companion tickling. Not having it doesn't make the piece worse, but having it makes my day.
And yeah, even if they don't tickle. At least have them restrain, or hand in tickle tools or something.
The problem with the pic isn't really the concept, thought that can always improve, the artist (I forget his name) just needs to improve a lot, and he obviously didn't put his back into that particular piece. If you check out his /F stuff, the quality isn't perfect, but it doesn't suffer from the obvious flaws yours does.
>>Some times I think my ideas are more suited to stories than pictures because I like to put a decent amount of back thought into them and there is only so much you can convey in the latterThis is why I prefer stories to pics. Even with drawing, I find the experience improves if the artist writes at least a small blurb to accompany the pic. Nothing fancy, a line to a paragraph does perfectly.
>>though I don't know how fond I am of that idea now due to the fact I'd be forcing a fetish on an established character. Agreed. Especially when it's such a serious character, like Giovanni. (serious as in he's a mob boss, why would he be tickling these guys?)
Random Rocket member fixed that well enough.
Both have good points and both can achieve most of that. You can describe in the story, but with a drawing you can have the socks lying on the floor (or still haging from the toes), show the wrists straining againt the rope, play with the tickler's facial expression, etc...
He just tends to be the one I prefer most often (probably helps that he's the one with the most barefoot pics), but I also go through moods where I just want one of the others (there never is any material...) or even just want any random pokeboy.
