Deosharp is the perfect example of how previously shitty Pokémon can shine and how smogon doesn't just like "smogonmons".
When you play cartridge, evasion is balanced because aerial ace. I've never had trouble with M-Gengar, so it shouldn't have been banned. Verlisify was right though.
Why not just ban + Thunder Wave?
Last gen they just couldn't figure out how to counter it, so they banned it. Genesect is only banned because it shits on so many popular OU pokémon. M-Kangaskhan is not OP in VGC, which means it shouldn't have been banned. If you can't beat her, you need to git gud.
M-Lucario has weaknesses, so it's balanced. Nobody in Victory Road has a problem with any of those Pokémon, we actually do REAL strategy and skill over there. Just use Scarf Terrakion on every team. Just play around it.

Kyogre has a couple of counters, which means it's balanced.
