If you're breeding them, make sure to evolve into Hitmonchan and teach Mach Punch and Bullet Punch, rebreed, evolve into Hitmonchan and teach Rapid Spin, rebreed, evolve into Hitmonlee and teach High Jump Kick.
That way, regardless of the Hitmon, you've got Bullet Punch, Rapid Spin, Mach Punch and High Jump Kick to choose from as well as Tyrogue's level up moves (read: Fake Out and Helping Hand) and the moves specific to whichever Hitmon you go with.
