In Ancient times Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre were fighting against each other.
Before they could destroy the planet they were stopped by Rayquaza.
Rayquaza sealed their power into the blue and red orb which weakened them so much they physically degenerated and fell in a deep slumber.
Now you will be able to mega-evolve those two into their original form by releasing the power that was stored in their mega-stones (orbs)
