Destiny Knot IV spreads are pre-determined when the previous egg is taken care of (accepted/disposed of).
Basically, if you know what the IVs are of the parents, and you save right after denying an egg, the next IV inheritance is decided.
Deny, save, then accept the next egg and hatch it. Once you know it's IVs, you can compare them to the parents' IVs. Go and put parents with the IV spread that matches what will be passed down, and bam.
